Mgr. Enrollment Unit

Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the enrollment process. This includes education, marketing, facilitating the enrollment workflow at the regional level and administration of the enrollment process. Works under general supervision.

Licensure: Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an approved program accredited by the National League of Nursing or Bachelors Degree in a health or human service field and 2 years experience in Long Term Care environment or a combination of education, experience and/or training required.Experience: Minimum three years experience in home care required. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of enrollment and delivery of care processes within a long-term care program, Medicare and Medicaid standards, and nursing needs of the elderly, chronically ill or disabled populations required. Proficient with personal computers including MS Office applications required.
