Responsible for providing high quality multidisciplinary health services for patients in the Region/Program consistent with Agency philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. Works under moderate supervision. Work Schedule : 2-3 days per week and 1 weekend per month.
Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required. Valid drivers license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs. Education: Bachelors degree in nursing from a State-approved diploma program OR Associate's Degree in nursing with a minimum of one year of experience as a full-time staff nurse in a medical-surgical nursing area or other clinical healthcare experience OR Bachelors Degree in a health or human services required. Experience: Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs. One year Med/Surg or other professional nursing experience relevant to the assigned program preferred. Demonstrated computer skills may be required based on operational needs.
