Work schedule: 1 day (7.25 hours) per week.
Responsible for providing mental health assessment and treatment to patients with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive deficits, and/or behavioral problems. Provides advanced nursing care in collaborative practice with AMH psychiatrist. Works under general supervision.
Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required. License as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York required. Valid drivers licenseisrequired.
Education: Masters degree in psychiatric nursing required.
Experience: Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in a medical/surgical/psychiatric environment preferred.
