We seek a trained Mental Health Specialist responsible for providing clinical support to Assertive Community Treatment Program, a 24 hours a day 7 days a week .
Specialist work using the appropriate utilization and management of staff to ensure the quality and quantity of social work provided is consistent with an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care and VNSNY Home Care goals and objectives. Works under general supervision. Licensure: Valid New York State drivers license may be required based on operational needs. Education: Masters Degree in Social work or in a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience providing mental health services. Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
