Manages processes and activities for VNSNY social media platforms across multiple lines-of-business, including reputation management, brand monitoring / social listening, internal communications, content and analytics. Drives the development and execution of social media strategies and ensures alignment with marketing, content and corporate priorities. Develops and executes social media campaigns, both paid and organic, and establishes best practices for tracking and optimization surrounding those campaigns. Applies technologies for social media listening, tracking sentiment, analytics and cross-team functionality. Works across the organization to develop and facilitate processes for responding to posts and reviews in a quick and corporately sound manner. Works under general direction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or the equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of five years of experience managing the development and implementation of social media strategies for organizations with multiple business units required. Experience in developing and tracking paid and organic social media campaigns required. Knowledge of B2B and B2C audiences within the healthcare field preferred. Basic understanding of the impact and importance of social media on SEO rerquired. Proficiency with Internet technologies and digital media (Google Analytics, email marketing, social media tools, SEO tools, design and MS Office) required. Excellent communication, decision-making, organizational and project management skills required. Experience with Spredfast social media platform preferred.
