Produces monthly scheduled and ad hoc reports for distribution to Business Development Intake staff. Provides system administrative support and resolves systems related issues within Referral Services. Documents workflows and systems process to support process re-design and performance improvement efforts. Conducts detailed audits, analyses, prepares reports and makes preliminary recommendations based on findings. Works under general direction.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or the equivalent work experience required.
Experience: Minimum three years business experience preferably in a business operations setting or health care management (hospital or homecare) required. Effective oral/written communication skills required. Personal Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Data warehouse and Oracle experience required. Strong analytical skills, including analysis of data and recommendations based on findings required.
