Manage and drive the execution of complex, cross-functional projects across the organization. Content areas include managed care, value-based care delivery, financial planning, strategic analysis, project management, health policy, and healthcare operations
Support the organization's financial health and business strategy, aligning business processes and strategies with financial goals within Financial Planning, Treasury and Accounting
Develop financial analyses and business plans
Provide thought partnership to senior leadership in support of strategy development and financial planning

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in business, health administration or related field required.
Experience: Two or more years of experience in finance, management consulting or healthcare preferred. Strong analytical skills, seasoned relationship-building skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
