Responsibilities and Qualifications
Implementation of the nursing process for the patient population which she/he services, through case management, development of a care plan, clinical intervention and follow-up.
Licensure: Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State is required.
Education: Associates in Applied Science Degree minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Preferred (2) years clinical background as an RN, and/or prior home care experience in a Licensed Home Care Service Agency or CHHA setting with critical care, administration of IV therapy through tunneled central venous catheter, home infusion and wound Care experience.#JT
