Responsible for developing, designing and implementing workflows and procedures that support the day-to-day management of VNS Patient Accounts. Conducts detailed audits and analyses, prepares reports, and makes preliminary recommendations based on findings. Determines project scope and collaborates with Manager to develop and implement best approach to resolve operational and regulatory discrepancies. Works under general direction.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or the equivalent work experience required. Experience:
Minimum three years business experience preferably in Managed Care or Health Care Management (Hospital or Home Care) setting required. Effective oral/written communication skills required. Personal Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Strong analytical skills, including analysis of data and recommendations based on findings required.
