"The work we do in hospice is incredibly special and rewarding. The support we provide through end-of-life and after, ensures that patients and caregivers have comfort, dignity and quality of life. I came to VNSNY Hospice and Palliative Care as an RN Hospice Liaison, helping families to transition home on hospice and since promoted to my current role as Hospice Team Manager, supervising a team of dedicated clinicians. Each day I go home feeling grateful that my job brings meaning and comfort to our patients. I have found my home at VNSNY Hospice, and the amazing people I work with are like family - I can’t imagine working anywhere else".
